11. SMS Messaging Terms

Description of Service

When you provide your phone number to NeverMissACall.pro and ClientBridge Pro LLC and opt in to receive text messages, you consent to receive SMS communications from us. These messages may include appointment confirmations and reminders, service updates about your AI agent and lead qualification campaign, missed call text back notifications, special offers and seasonal promotions, and responses to questions or requests for assistance.

Opt-Out Instructions

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to any message we send you. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message & Data Rates

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier apply. NeverMissACall.pro and ClientBridge Pro LLC do not charge additional fees for SMS communications, but your carrier's standard text messaging rates will apply.

Message Frequency

You will receive text messages based on your service requests and opt-in preferences. Appointment-related messages may be sent as needed. Promotional messages are sent periodically based on your preferences. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
